KEPCO kept its spring volleyball hopes alive with a win over Woori Card.
On Thursday, KEPCO pulled off a 3-2 upset victory over visiting Woori Card in the Men’s Professional Volleyball Dodram 2023-2024 V League at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul.

Woori Card (15W8L, 43 points) snapped a four-game losing streak and dropped to within three points of second-place Korean Air (13W10L, 40 points). 카지노사이트가이드
One of the main contributors to the upset was Tais Lesser Host (real name Tais).

He single-handedly scored 10 points in the fourth set and nine points in the fifth set in a tightly contested match.

With a 59.18% offensive success rate, the team totaled 34 points, the most by either team. Lim Sung-jin added 16 points and Seo Jae-duk 15 points.
“It feels good to beat an opponent we haven’t beaten this season,” said KEPCO setter Ha Seung-woo in a post-match interview, “We have a goal of becoming ‘champions,’ but it’s still a long way off.

We will accumulate more wins in the second half of the season.”

“As long as I’m good as a setter, I think we can play spring volleyball,” she said of her chances of reaching the postseason.
The Woori Cards were led by outside hitter Matei Kok (née Matei) with 26 points, but it wasn’t enough to end the team’s losing streak.
